Prenatal Yoga and Education: Breathe Your Way Through Birth

I offer support and guidance for expecting mothers. Private prenatal support can provide a safe and supportive space for a woman to explore concerns and learn the skills and strategies to have a positive and empowered birth experience. Prenatal yoga is particularly helpful tool for reducing stress and anxiety, improving physical comfort, and promoting overall wellbeing during pregnancy.

The specialized breathing practices that I share with you are designed to manage pain and emotions during labour and beyond into parenting. Every birth is unique. Therefore, a birth plan needs to be flexible. I offer advice on making a birth plan that will prepare and support you and your baby.
