Meditation is the art of being awake and aware.

Meditation encompasses both a state and a practice. Through dedicated practice, we guide our minds into the meditative state. The journey begins by anchoring the body and mind in the present moment. I offer instruction and mentoring in Maitri, Shamatha, and Vipassana meditation techniques. Engaging in retreats further enriches our meditation experiences. The profound impact of retreats and meditation on my personal journey motivates me to share these transformative methods with others.
