Grief Counselling: Navigating Loss with Compassion

Loss can take many forms beyond death, including the loss of a relationship, a job, a dream, capacities, or a sense of identity.

Grief Counselling provides a supportive environment to process emotions, foster resilience, and navigate the complexities of loss.

I share a variety of methods when engaged in grief support for things that sometimes can’t be explained in words.

I am a member of the End of Life Death Doula Association of Canada. I specialize in grief and bereavement support.

Grief is like the rain, it is through the seasons.

“I have been practicing Yoga with Shauna for the last 5 years. During the last year, I became a caregiver for my dying mother. My emotional state became very fragile and I began suffering from anxiety. My Yoga sessions with Shauna became my salvation and got me through one of the most difficult periods in my life. Through my sessions I was able to control my anxiety and care for my mother with patience and grace.”
