In creative practices we create space for emotions to be liberated, witnessed, and potentially transformed into wisdom. Creatively exploring our emotions can be gateways to a deeper understanding of our condition.

Emotions are body and mind based. Therefore both the body and mind need to be involved in any intentional shifts. Methods can include: dance, music, sound, magic, journalling, wildcrafting, silence, Miksang-photography, art-therapy, Shinrin-Yoku forest bathing and other rituals.
